Demo mode. ITNA currently runs as a demonstration prototype for product evaluation. Bookings, payments, tickets and payouts in demo mode are not real and do not move any funds, unless an explicitly approved production integration with a provider is connected. ITNA does not move real money in demo mode.

1. Data we process

The demo may process:

  • account and session data;
  • company and workspace data;
  • travel search inputs;
  • demo travel requests and demo bookings;
  • expense data and receipts you upload;
  • policy and approval activity;
  • technical logs.

2. Cookies and storage

We use authentication and session cookies that are required to sign in and operate the application, and we may use browser local/session storage for UI preferences.

3. Error monitoring

We use Sentry for error monitoring. It may record technical data about errors (error type, route, diagnostic metadata). No analytics trackers are connected in the application.

4. How we use data

Data is used only to operate and demonstrate the product, to diagnose errors and to improve the prototype. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention and deletion

Demo data is kept for the duration of the demonstration and may be purged periodically. To request deletion of your data, write to ernestakh777@gmail.com.
